Founded in 2011, Labour Direct (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic Industrial Relations Consulting company, focussed on creating Labour Relations solutions for business owners in South Africa.
Labour Direct offers great customer service by cost effective and time saving Industrial Relations practices, based on our valued clients’ needs. These services include: Labour law compliance and IR/HR manual; chairing of disciplinary & poor work performance hearings; Ill health investigations; union meetings and retrenchments.
